Brined

A range of brined vegetables is produced on site using traditional, time honoured methods of production:

Whole peeled vegetables are placed in black plastic barrels, covered with a saturated salt solution, stored in ambient conditions for a few months until fully fermented

They are then further processed to customer specifications for cut size, along with the salt and acid content being adjusted as required.
